Episode 137 – Got a Headache? Try this out!

The most important thing you need to do to stop a headache is to drink water.

Water is going to help you keep hydrated and function normally. It is also the fluid that will help to remove toxins – from your brain, muscles, and organs – pushing them towards your liver and kidneys so you can excrete them from your physiology (Of course, you’re also excreting these toxins out of your sweat glands and breath as well).

So if you’ve got a headache, the first thing to do to stop a headache is drink water.
