The 6 step transformation success guide is a series of steps that I use to help guide my clients, athletes and mentees on their journey. These steps have been in development for more than 12 years now and will continue to develop as I develop as a health professional and coach.

These steps will allow you to gather and organize the right information you need to get started. Further to this, the key questions at each step will help you to customize the information you collect to suit your life circumstances at this point in time. Once you’ve completed these steps you’ll be ready to take action!
Personally I suggest you do a lesson per day, but for those of you who are excited to get started I’ve included all the steps here together.
To use this 6 step transformation guide effectively, grab a pen and a paper journal. Next, find a quiet place you can work on answering these questions with 100% focus and without any distractions. Put your phone on silent, get away from people, the internet and other interruptions, and let’s get started.
after you’ve finished, discuss each step with your medical doctor and fitness coach to make sure it’s comprehensive enough for you to make a start and that everything has been covered.
